How does it work?
You post us your old cylinder and piston which we will inspect and agree with you in advance; the extent of any works to be carried out.
Then, we shall supply a new oversize piston kit in the size agreed with you, comprising of a brand new piston together with a new set of piston rings, a gudgeon pin and circlips. Your cylinder will be expertly rebored in order to perfectly match the new piston which we've supplied.
Your freshly re-bored cylinder shall be returned to you, together with your new piston (and your old one) using Royal Mail's recorded/signed for postage service.
The entire process usually takes between 7 - 14 days.

What does it cost?
We charge cost of the re-bore service plus the cost of the piston kit at the prices currently shown on our website.
The cost of return postage to UK mainland addresses using Royal Mail's recorded/signed for service is £15 .*
*Please note, this return postage charge also applies for cylinders where the customer has been informed that no work can be carried out by us, for whatever reason.
Overseas customers - please enquire in advance of sending your cylinder to us, what the return carriage costs will be.
